Calculating the Calibration Factor: Manual Method
The Calibration (Cal) Factor can then be calculated manually or automatically
using the control unit calibration tool.
Calculate the Calibration Factor manually
1.
Record the
Sensor Average
.
2.
Obtain the isokinetic sampling test result.

Calculating the Calibration Factor

Update the new Calibration Factor in the Control Unit

Setup | More Settings | Edit an Existing Device

Select the required device to edit and enter the Cal Factor.

to store the settings and return to the main menu.

Calc
to perform the calculation and display the new calibration factor,

If the new Cal Factor is acceptable, select
Save
and
Yes
to update this
automatically in the sensor configuration and return to the QA menu
screen.

If the new Cal Factor is not acceptable, select
Back
to return the
calculation screen and repeat the calculation procedure, or select
Cancel
to return to the QA menu screen.
