Disconnect the power tool from
power supply.
6.2 DEPTH GAUGE INSTALLATION
Depth gauge rod (8) is used to limit the
depth of drill penetration in material.
Loosen the wheel lock, which blocks collar
of the additional handle (7).
Slide depth gauge rod (8) into the hole in
the additional handle collar.
Set desired drilling depth.
Fix by tightening the wheel lock of the
additional handle (7) collar.
6.3 FITTING THE DRILL BIT
Release the depth stop as described in (fig.
1)and push it towards the additional handle.
This provides free access to the chuck (1).
This hammer drill is fitted with a keyless
chuck (1).
Open the chuck (1). The drill bit opening
mustbe large enough to fit the drill bit into.
Select a suitable drill bit. Push the drill bit
as far as possible into the chuck opening.
Close the chuck (1). Check that the drill bit
is secure in the chuck (1).
Check at regular intervals that the drill bit or
tool is secure (pull the mains plug)
Turn the wheel lock of the additional handle
(7) clockwise to clamp the handle.
Loosen the wheel lock that locks collar of the
additional handle (7) by turning it counter
clockwise.
Slide the additional handle (7) collar over
cylindrical section of the drill body.
Turn for the most comfortable position.
Due to personal safety issues it is
recommended to always use the
additional handle (7). Possibility to rotate
the additional handle before it is clamped
on the drill body allows choosing the
position most comfortable for specific
working conditions.

6.1 INSTALLATION OF ADDITIONAL HANDLE
this appliance in accordance with all
the safety requirements, potential
risks of injury and damage remain.
Due to its construction and build, this
tool may present the following hazards:
a) There is risk of a short-circuit due
to liquids penetrating the housing.
Do not immerse the appliance and
charger in water. Make sure that no
water or other liquids can enter the
housing.
b) Ear damage if working without ear
protection
c) The harmful /toxic dusts produced
during operation pose the risk to the
health of the operator and persons in
the vicinity. Wear eye protection and
a dust mask.
d) The device is not a toy and does not
belong in the hands of children.
Intended use
The appliance is suitable for:
Impact-drilling into brickwork,
concrete and stone.
Drilling into stone, wood and metal.
Any other usage or modification of the
appliance is deemed to be improper
and carries a significant risk of
accidents.
The manufacturer accepts no

is not intended for commercial use.
