Problems and possible causes Solutions
The appliance doesn’t work.
•
Make sure the power plug is well connected with
power socket.
•
Make sure main power socket is not defective.
•
Make sure the knobs of both switches are at the
position ‘’ON’’.
•
Make sure the knob of switch “ON/O/R” needs to
be pressed and held at the position “R” when the
other switch “ON/R” is on the position “R”.
Grinder stops during operation.
•
Check power plug is connected properly to power
socket.
•
Always cut food size <20 mm x 20 mm x 60 mm.
•
If you operate the appliance for more than 10
minutes consecutively. Take at least 10 minute
break before restarting.
•
Do not blend overheating food (>60°C). Unplug the
power plug.
Grinding result is not good. Make sure the appliance is processing small amounts of
food.
