Client Router Mode
In Client Router Mode, you can access the Internet wirelessly with the support of a WISP. In AP Router Mode, the ENS500 can
access the Internet via a cable or DSL modem. In this mode, the ENS500 can be configured to turn off the wireless network name
(SSID) broadcast, so that only stations that have the SSID can be connected. The ENS500 also provides wireless LAN 64/128/156-
bit WEP encryption security, WPA/WPA2, and WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK authentication, as well as TKIP/AES encryption security. It also
supports VPN pass-through for sensitive data secure transmission.
Wireless Mode
Wireless mode supports 802.11a/n
mixed modes.
SSID
Specify the SSID if known. This field is completed
automatically if you select an Access Point in the Site
Survey.
Site Survey
Scans nearby locations for Access Points.
You can select a discovered Access Point to establish a
connection.
Prefer BSSID
Enter the MAC address if known. If you
select an Access Point in the Site Survey, this field is
completed automatically.

Profile
