1-2. Release the CPU rail frame by pulling up on the blue tabs and take out the internal plastic cover.
1-3. Install your Threadripper CPU with the orange carrier frame and align it with the rail frame. Make
sure you slide the CPU all the way in until it clicks into place. Lower the rail frame back down and
close the retention cover. Tighten the screws in order of 3→2→1.
