8. What’s the video format of my MP5 Energy™?
Your MP5 Energy™ plays many video formats without recoding. Convert your videos using
Energy Movier to ensure compatibility.

Why can’t I display my .jpg files?
Many digital cameras and image edition software add hidden data to the .jpg files. This data
can prevent your MP5 from loading the images. Try to eliminate them by saving the file with
another name.
10. Sometimes the screen turns black and the player does not respond.
Use the on/off switch or the RESET button to reinitiate the player.
11. Why can’t I tune any DVB-T channel?
Make sure the DVB-T signal is strong enough were you are. Indoor reception is difficult if you
are in a spot far from outdoors. Try changing your location and extend the built-in antenna
completely.
