GUARANTY

Over a period of 36 months from the date of first purchase by the consumer, in
accordance with the RDL 1 / 2007, Energy Sistem Soyntec SA will be held liable for
any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery of goods in the terms and
under the conditions of the rule.
In the event that the product is not under contract, and upon delivery receipt or
invoice, the buyer acknowledges the right to either repair, replace the item, obtain
a subsidiary reduction of the price or terminate the contract in accordance with
that Standard.
This guaranty does not apply if the defect has been caused by the buyer and /
or any third party due to abuse, neglect, misuse other than that for which it was
intended, use or installation of nonconforming items, or any other cause not
related to defects in materials or workmanship.
This guaranty is independent and compatible with legally established safeguards
of the RD 1 / 2007.
The 36-months warranty is valid for the European Union. For other countries,
please refer to your specific legislation or your local distributor.
