> RESTART : Restarts the camera without changing any settings.
> RESET : Restarts and loads the factory settings but does not change IP address and
PTZ settings.
> DEFAULT : Loads and saves the factory defaults for all parameters including IP address
and PTZ settings.

Do not disconnect the power or network cable during RESET or DEFAULT operations.
