Installation instructions

3.4.1

Field instrument

There are several ways of securing the field housing:

• Wall mounting with fixing screws
• Post mounting to cylindrical pipes
• Post mounting to square securing mast

Note!
When mounting in the open air with unprotected exposure to weather conditions, a weather
protection cover (see Accessories) is required.

For wall mounting the transmitter, proceed as follows:

Drill the bores as shown in Fig. 7 .

Drive the two fixing screws through the securing bores (1) from the front.

Mount the transmitter on the wall as shown.

Cover the bores with plastic caps (2).
