Installation with Level gauge
Attach the stud bolt, nut, washer, and coupling as shown in the diagram.
1. Take out the blind plate attached to back of lavel gauge
2. Screw the stud bolts on the back of the level gauge as shown in the diagram.
(the side with the shorter screw is the level gauge side)
Note!
Terminal box is available in any direction, but it is preferable to install in sideways.
3. Insert the coupling in the core nozzle of the transmitter and tighten the coupling into the transmitter using
the toothed lock washer and nut.
Multiple - alarm point model
• Remove the cover. Loosen the stopper screw at the alarm cam, then set the red guideline onto the desired
alarm point on the scale and secure it with the screw. Repeat this step in order to set each cam.
• When the setting of cam has all finished, set the level on the standard scale by rotating the coupling to match
the level setting on the level gauge. Then, close the cover and install it onto the level gauge.
