1. Determine the position of your
light fitting. Ensure that there is
sufficient power cable to connect
to the fitting – we recommend at
least 2.5M. If you are using the
ground anchor plate (

comments on ground preparation.
If you are using anchor bolts (not
supplied) prepare the mounting
surface as appropriate.

NOTE: We
recommend that you do not
assemble the top lid section (1)
/ glass (if not fitted) or fit the
bulbs until the main column
has been completed and
secured to the mounting
surface.
Bring the supply cable up through
the base (2) and secure base to
the mounting surface. Thread the
supply cable up through the
middle post section (3) and
secure this section to the base
using the Allen key provided.
Repeat until the upper post
section (4) is secured.

. With assistance
connect the mains supply cable to
the internal terminal block under
the head section– see wiring
details.
IMPORTANT:
This is a
Class I fitting and MUST be
earthed. Secure the head to the
post using the screws provided
making sure that the internal
cables are not trapped or
damaged.
4.

. Fit the bulbs –
never
fit bulbs of a higher wattage or
of a type other than those
specified on the label as this
may cause over heating
and
damage the fitting
. Fit the lid /
glass (if supplied loose).
5. Turn on the power and test.
