Trouble Shooting

1. The device does not work or LCD display does not work.

1) Check it there is enough battery power.

2) Check it the polarities of battery are correct.

2. The device does not respond to key press

Check the state of "Key lock". If it is in "Key lock", all the keys cannot work.

3. When the device is connected to computer, there is not a device icon on the computer.

Connect correctly to the computer via USB. Make sure that the device has been properly

installed by checking "device management" of the computer.
