what to do in an emergency?
Press the emergency button on the back of the phone for 3 seconds.
The emergency button works even when the keypad lock.

If you enabled the pre-alarm in
Phone book / Emergency numbers / Prealarm
,
a warning tone is played back immediately for 10 seconds.
Durring this countdown the you are able to stop the emergency-sequence
by press and hold the button for 3 seconds.
(Caution: this interruption is only possible with a private emergency number,
but not with an emergency number of a Helporganisations.)

The warning tone will be played back durring the hole emergency-
sequence, to inform the people around you about your the emergency.
what happens after emergency key is pushed?

By pressing the emergency button the emergency sequence is started.
Up to 5 emergency numbers will called in a predetermined order until
someone answers the emergency call. This process is repeated 3 times.
An SMS will also be sent to the private numbers,
info the recipient of the incoming emergency call.
The speakerphone will also be turned at full volume.

By answering the emergency call, the called person have to
dial (zero) 3 times, during the first minute of the call.
(Not you as the initiator of the emergency call.)
Dialing (zero) 3 times stops the emergency-sequence.
At this point, the remaining emergency numbers are no longer called.
Also the emergency call will continue until it has been ended by
the called person.
If a
Helporganisation
is called, there is no need to confirm,
because the line is always available.
