
To begin, place the back (you will find a red mark on the bottom of the Back and the
bottom has 2 screw holes) in the groove along one edge of a Side. Be sure the side cut outs
are pointed up, and the bottom has the two pre-drilled holes. Insert a screw into both the
pre-drilled and pre-started holes in the side and tighten.

Insert the back in the other side panel and use two screws to tighten.

Place the Tower on a table upside down, put the assembled top part in the grooves on
the base (the rubber non-slip strips will be on the top). Insert 4 screws on the per-drilled
and pre-started hole and tighten.

Insert the handle in the two recessed areas at the top of the Tower. It may be necessary
to tap the sides slightly with the palm of your hand to seat the Handle in both recessed
areas. Use two screws in the pre-drilled holes on the sides and tighten.

Your Multi-Positioning Tower is complete and ready to use.
Your footpads: We include two Footpads in each Tower so you may place one on each foot
before you position yourself for use. We use this product ourselves and it is very
convenient to have both feet prepared or you would have to stop during your exercise and
switch the footpads. There is no left or right footpad. The footpads are designed to be used
with athletic shoes, which will grip the heel cup of the Footpad and keep your foot in place.
This product is not designed to be used without shoes.
