Factory Mode
The AGENT E swing handle is delivered in an open position, protected
by a suitable cover to avoid accidental closing. Batteries are packed
separately in the accessory bag.
On-Site-Mode “Stand Alone”
First mount swing handle onto the door and insert AAA batteries into the
housing. Position battery cover into place and fasten screw securely.
Now push swing handle into its closed position.
The AGENT E can now be opened with the corresponding card. At this
time, there will be no wireless connection because the Access Units
Wireless is not installed and configured yet.
On-Site-Mode Radio Communication
After the Access Units Wireless is installed and configured, the
communication with the AGENT E will start automatically. Furthermore
the AGENT E can still be opened with the corresponding card. The
authorization of the card will be validated by the system before access is
granted or denied if necessary.
