DEFINIZIONE
Il dispositivo attiva le uscite, in sequenza, una alla volta,
per il tempo I (impulso), fra l'eccitazione di 2 uscite
intercorre il tempo P (pausa). Dopo l'ultima uscita il ciclo è
completo, si rieccita l'uscita n° 1 e ricomincia un altro ciclo.
UTILIZZAZIONE
Il dispositivo è usato per il comando sequenziale di vari
carichi elettrici: elettrovalvole per filtri depolveratori,
teleruttori, relè, lampade ecc. Nelle applicazioni per filtri a
maniche per un tempo I vengono eccitate delle
elettrovalvole che lasciano passare un getto di aria
compressa (5÷6 bar) che scuote la manica del filtro.
CARATTERISTICHE E REGOLAZIONI
NUMERO USCITE
: da 1 a 32 (estendibile a 64), da
specificare in fase d'ordine (viene fissato in fase di
collaudo).
I: (IMPULSO)
regolazione, a cacciavite, della durata
dell'impulso: da 40ms ad 1 secondo (Tab. A). L'impulso è
evidenziato dall'accensione del led rosso corrispondente
ad ogni uscita.
P: (PAUSA)
regolazione, a cacciavite, della durata della
pausa fra un impulso e l'altro (Tab. A). Se 1-DS3 è OFF la
regolazione va da 1s a 60s. Se 1-DS3 è ON la durata è
moltiplicata per 10. La pausa è visualizzata dal led verde
P.
CPL
Numero di cicli di post-lavaggio; ogni tacca dell’indice
corrisponde a circa 10 cicli. Regolazione a cacciavite (Tab.
C) per la scelta del numero di cicli che verranno eseguiti
dopo lo spegnimento del ciclico (apertura contatto start) se
il contatto post-lavaggio è aperto. Se questa regolazione è
0 il post-lavaggio non viene eseguito anche se il contatto
post lavaggio è aperto (durante il post-lavaggio il ciclico
deve restare alimentato).
Il post-lavaggio avviene solo se "CPL" è posizionato oltre
la tacca dello "0" e solo quando il contatto del ventilatore
viene aperto (led verde ABIL. si spegne e si accende il led
giallo del post-lavaggio PL).
Il tempo di pausa durante il post-lavaggio è impostato dalla
regolazione P "pausa".

FUNCTION
The device energizes the outputs in sequence for the period
I (PULSE). Between the excitation of two outputs the period
P (PAUSE) takes place. After the last output, the first one is
energized again, and a new cycle starts.
USE
It is used for the cyclic command of several loads, such as
electrovalves for filters, contactors, relays, lamps, for the
gradual connection of loads etc.
In the applications with sleeve-filters the period I is used to
energize electrovalves issuing a compressed air jet (5÷6
bar) shaking the sleeve of the filter.
TECHNICAL FEATURES AND REGULATIONS
NUMBER OF THE OUTPUTS
: from 1 to 32 (extensible to
64), to be specified at the order (set during the test
procedure).
I: (PULSE)
adjustment by screwdriver for the pulse period:
from 40ms to 1 second (Tab. A). The pulse activation is
pointed out by the lighting of the red led correspondent to
each output.
P: (PAUSE)
adjustment by screwdriver for the pause period:
between one pulse and the next one (Tab. A). When 1-DS3
is OFF the adjustment ranges from 1s to 60s. When 1-DS3
is ON the period is multiplied by 10. The pause is pointed
out by the green led P.
CPL
Number of post cleaning cycles; each tick mark of the index
corresponds to approximately 10 cycles. Adjustment by
screwdriver (Tab. C) to set the number of cycles to be
performed after the cyclic device has been switched off
(contact start opened) and the post cleaning contact is
opened. If this regulation is set to 0 the post cleaning does
not take place, even if the contact post cleaning is opened.
(during the Post Cleaning Operation the device must be
supplied). The post cleaning takes place only if “CPL” is set
outside the tick-mark “0” (slightly towards 1) and when the
turbofan ventilator is open (green led ABIL turns off, and the
yellow led of post-cleaning PL turns on).
The pause period during the post cleaning is set by the
regulation P “pause”.
