Write PDO Data to IO-Link Device From PLC
This section demonstrates how to configure the IO-Link input device in PLC.

The IO-Link device, which supports 10 bytes of PDI data and 10 bytes of PDO data, is connected to IO-
Link Port 8. The PDO data is mapped into the process image at address %AQ00001, as shown in the
figure above. The IO controller could write the PDO data to the IO-Link device from %AQ0001 to
%AQ0010.

As per the datasheet of connected IO-Link device to change PDO value i.e. state value shown in the
above figure, we should write the value on mapped word 5 i.e. at address %AQ0005. Here current PDO
value is 2 as shown in the above figure.
