Troubleshooting

CAUTION:

•  ELECTRIC SHOCK HAZARD: DISCONNECT luminaire from power source before inspection or repair work

is attempted.

•  Failure of the luminaire to operate could result from a break in the power circuit or failure of a component. In this

case, the luminaire is not operational, DO NOT operate.

1.

With a Digital Multimeter (DMM) set to volt AC scale, verify that supply voltage is correct (120±5VAC).

2.

Check for short to ground. Using a Digital Multimeter (DMM) set on its lowest Ohm scale, firmly touch one lead to
one blade of the plug while firmly touching the other lead to the ground pin on the plug. An open circuit reading
(infinite Ohms) should be observed. Repeat this process for the other plug blade. If a short exists, DO NOT
operate the luminaire.

Maintenance/Inspection

1.

Check for any cracks on diffuser and top or bottom body. If any cracks/damage are seen, order a

replacement luminaire.

2.

If there is any damage to, or punctures seen on the power cord, DO NOT USE, purchase a new luminaire.
