J12 and J13 Inputs and Outputs
shows the input and output signals connected to I/O Board
connectors J12 and J13. The table lists the input names shown on
the schematic diagrams, the I/O Board connector wire numbers,
connector pinouts, the signal names where appropriate, and their
functions. This table is a portion of

LED
Function
D36
Indicates when K6 SSR is energized and any on of the phase current RMS
values is above 90% of the Current Limit % setting.
D35
Indicates when K5 SSR is energized and the RVSS is at the Bypass
transition point in speed (UTSD) and current (the current has reduced back
down to Transition Threshold % of FLA).
D34
Indicates when K4 SSR is energized. K4 drives relay TRPX, the RVSS fault
relay. TRPX is energized when there is a system fault.
D32
Indicates when K2 SSR is energized. K2 drives relay RY2, which energizes
the Bypass Contactor pilot relay, BX, in normal operation.
D31
Indicates when K1 SSR is energized and the I/O Board is in
operational condition with no internal faults and the RV Soft-Start
is Ready.
D33
Indicates when K3 SSR is energized. K3 drives relay RY1, which energizes
the Main Contactor pilot relay, MX, in normal operation.
