HOW TO USE YOUR EGG BOILER
1.
Fill the heating plate with the required amount of cold water, using the measuring cup. The graduations on
the measuring cup correspond to the amount of water required to obtain 1 to 14 soft, medium or hard-
boiled eggs. Choose “SOFT”, “MEDIUM” or “HARD” for reference.
For example:
If you want to boil some eggs and the eggs must be tender, please fill the measuring cup with
water to the mark “SOFT”.
2.
Place the egg tray above the heating plate.
3.
Use the egg piercer to prick a small aperture into the big end of each egg. The piercing pin is very sharp, use
with extreme caution. This prevents the eggshells bursting during boiling.
4.
Put the eggs onto the egg tray by the small end facing downwards. Close the cover.
Note:
Each egg tray can hold up to 7 eggs. If you only need to boil 7 eggs, the use of the bottom egg tray
will be enough. Remove the upper egg tray and the egg tray separator during boiling. (See reference pic. A)
If you need to boil more than 7 eggs, use the egg tray separator to assemble two layers of the egg trays.
(See reference pic. B)

inside the appliance will be reset automatically when the appliance is cooled down. The appliance will continue
to heat with energy waste and safety risk.
Steaming egg custard
1.
Break two eggs into the custard bowl, add 1~2g salt and other ingredient and some oil. Mix smoothly.
2.
Add the water into the mixture up to the level “Max” indicated on the inside of the custard bowl. Mix
smoothly.
3.
Fill the measuring cup with water to the mark “CUSTARD” and then pour the water into the heating plate.
4.
Place the egg tray over the heating plate. Put the custard bowl on the egg tray, making sure the position is
balanced. Put on the cover. (See reference pic. C)
5.
Plug in the appliance and turn on the switch.
6.
A buzzer sounds when the eggs are finished.
7.
Turn off the switch. Wait for 30 seconds.
8.
Take out the custard bowl and serve.
Note:
If you want to boil the eggs and steam the egg custard at the same time, please put the eggs to be boiled
on the bottom layer of the egg tray and put the custard bowl on the upper layer of the egg tray. (See reference
pic. D) Additionally, take reference of the mark “CUSTARD” when using the measuring cup to fill the heating
plate with water.
