2. Configure the network parameters for each NIC, using the appropriate Microsoft
network tool.
For example:
Start > Settings > Network Connections
Preparing Any Server with iSCSI HBAs
1. On any server that uses iSCSI HBAs to access the storage-system iSCSI data ports,
install QLogic SANsurfer:
a. Open a web browser and connect to the QLogic website:
http://www.qlogic.com/go/emc_approved
b. Go to the
Downloads
page.
c. Select the HBA.
d. Select and download the software and related documentation.
e. Install the software as described in the QLogic documentation.
2. Configure the network parameters for each iSCSI HBA using QLogic SANsurfer.
