13. TROUBLESHOOTING CHART
WARNING: always stop the machine and disconnect the safety connector before carrying out the corrective
checks recommended in the table below, except when they require the machine to be in operation.
When you have checked all the possible causes listed and you are still experiencing the problem, see your Servicing Dealer. If
you are experiencing a problem that is not listed in this chart, see your Servicing Dealer for service.

Engine will not start or will run only
a few seconds after starting.

Battery drained or fitted incorrectly
2.
Power cable damaged.
3.
Motor protector triggered due to
engine overheating.

Safety plug not inserted

Starting lever microswitch damaged

Damaged battery
1.
Charge the battery or fit it correctly

Have the cable replaced by an Authorised
Service Centre.

machine.

Engine starts and runs, but blade is
not rotating
WARNING: Never touch the
blade while the engine is
running.
Switch off the motor immediately and contact
