11.2 Clean the fork
It
’
s necessary to clean the fork after each use, to avoid any damaged
seal.
-
Stop the motorcycle (
9.5).
-
Put the motorcycle on a stand (wheels in air) (
12.1).

Lubricate the dust seal protectors,
-
Clean the fork tube with clean cloth and install grease.
-
Remove the excess of grease.
Absolut forbidden, all aggressive products.
Do not use high pressure water jet directly on the seal.

11.6 Air pressure adjustment

Remove the upper cap of the fork with hand (it

that the cap is locked, you have to unscrew the upper
clamp screw to leave the cap.
Need tool: standard air pomp (same as bicycle)

After each air pressure adjustment,
move the fork slowly in the 10
first mm of stroke for the air equilibrium
, and after check again the
air pressure.
