BEFORE FIRST USE
Download the app
1. Search for Tuya Smart in the mobile app store and download the app.
Register and log in to an account
1. Tap Sign Up .
NOTE! If an account is already registered, tap Log In and enter the email address and password.
2. Enter an email address.
3. Tap I Agree Privacy Policy, User Agreement and Children's Privacy Statement .
4. Tap Get Verification Code .
A verification code is sent to the entered email address.
5. Enter the verification code.
6. Enter a password.
7. Tap Done .
8. Tap Go to App .
The account is registered and logged in to. The app is opened.
Connect the vacuum cleaner to the app
1. Tap Add Device or the + icon.
2. Tap Small Home Appliances .
3. Tap Robot Vacuum (Wi-Fi) .
4. Select a Wi-Fi network.
NOTE! Only the 2.4 GHz band is supported in the Wi-Fi. The 5 GHz band is not supported in the Wi-Fi. If the
Wi-Fi network is dual-band, connect to the 2.4 GHz band.
5. Enter the password to the Wi-Fi network.
6. Tap Next .
7. Tap Next .
8. Tap AP Mode .
9. Open the top cover on the vacuum cleaner to reveal the Wi-Fi connection status indicator.
10.
Press and hold and on the vacuum cleaner for 3 seconds.
A voice prompt sounds. The Wi-Fi connection status indicator light blinks slowly.
11. Tap Go to Connect .
The app is closed and the phone's network settings are displayed.
12. Select the available network starting with SmartLife or SL .
13. Open the app.
The device is connected after a brief configuration process.
