The installer must hand over the following to the client after commis-
sioning and the first turning on the boiler:
• The operating and maintenance instruction of the boiler.
• The necessary documentation prescribed by the applicable regulations.
• A signed copy of the commissioning protocol, on which it states that
it has informed the user of the conditions and method of continuous
operation.

• The conditions and method of lighting the boiler
• The maintenance steps
• Warranty conditions
Before the assembly work, the mechanic, installer must adhere to the safety
instructions specified by the law, with special regard to the followings:
• compliance of the boiler with local, national
• must check if any special authorisation is required due to municipal, archi-
tectural or fire-protection regulations
• must strictly adhere to this operating instruction
• must wear the protective gear specified in the applicable regulations for
his/her work
Before lighting, make sure whether:
• the boiler is filled-up
• there is an at least 1.2 bar pressure in the cold state (if there is a closed
expansion vessel),
• the expansion vessel is filled if it is open
• closing fittings are in their open position,

60°C (this can extend boiler life and increase its efficiency).
A pump control equipment can extend pump and boiler life, reduce the
risk of damage and electricity costs.
