3.2. Components
3.1. Assembly
- Connect each leg (2) to the three brackets (3) of the burner (1) using two M6x12
screws per leg. A screwdriver will be required for this operation (not included). To
ensure good stability the wide end of the legs must be in contact with the ground.
- Mount the gas valve (5) on the ring (1).
- Adjust the air/gas mixture using the regulator (4). The intensity of the flame is
adjusted by using the regulator.
- Connect the gas hose to the safety valve. The coupling must be secured with a
clamp to prevent gas leaks.
The gas stoves are protected with an anti-corrosion treatment. Before the first
use, it is recommended to let it operate for a few minutes to prevent the ap-
pearance of soot on the bases of pots and pans. This treatment will disappear
with use, and it is therefore likely that rust will appear over time on cast iron
components.
