How to measure
1. Press the Measure key to turn on the meter, Point the IR sensor toward the object
whose temperature is to be measured.
2.
Release the Measure key to hold the measure data, the meter will auto power off after
about 7 seconds.
How to change C/F unit
Open the battery cover, pull switch to select C/F unit.
Field of View
The diameter of the measured area is 1/4 the distance from the Temperature Finder.
If you are just looking for hot and cold areas, it’s ok if the scanned area is larger than your
target, However if you want to accurately measure the temperature of an object, Please
refer to the figure.
