INTENDED USE
Warning! Only use the device externally.
• The appliance is only intended for drying and styling human hair.
• Any improper use can be dangerous!
• Preparing the hair: Wash your hair and dry it well. Comb your hair thoroughly. Do not use hairspray or other flammable
chemical hair care products.
• Plug in the appliance. The appliance must be connected only to an alternating current socket of the voltage specified on the
rating plate.
• Curling Method:
1. Plug the curling tong cord into any household outlet(110V-240V).
2. Push the switch plate to “ON”, the indicator light will illuminate. The tong will heat up very quickly. The top temperature will
be about 180ºC± 10ºC. NEVER LEAVE YOUR CURLING TONG ON AND UNATTENDED.
3. Take a hair strand between 2 and 4cm. For loose waves take a thicker strand, for thight curls take a thinner strand. Hold the
curler horizontally and point it away from your head and face. Start at the widest point of the barrel, place the curler near
the roots of the section and wrap the hair around from root to tip. For the first time curling it is better to take less hair lest
the hair will be out of the curing area. Wind the hair up as far as you want it curled, be careful and not let the tong touch the
scalp. Hold for 5-8 seconds, it depends on the texture and length of your hair. If you want to have much tighter, bouncier
curls, roll less hair at a time, for loose, free-flowing curls, roll more hair every time.
4. Release the hair tip and glide the curler out of your hair – do not unwrap the strands!
• When you are finishing styling, switch off the appliance, unplug the appliance and allow it to completely cool down before
cleaning or storing.
CLEANING
Unplug the appliance and allow it to cool down. Use a soft, slightly damp cloth to wipe the appliance surfaces. Do not allow
water or any other liquid to get into the unit. Care should be taken not to touch this part of the appliance when it is switched
on our just after it has been turned off. ALLOW AT LEAST 30 MINUTES TO COOL DOWN BEFORE PUTTING AWAY.
STORAGE
Unplug the appliance, allow to cool and store in its box or in a dry place. Never store it while it is hot or still plugged in. Never
wrap the cord tightly around the appliance. Never hang the unit by the cord. Store the cord loosely coiled. Do not put any stress
on the cord where it enters the unit, as it could cause the cord to fray and break.
