Pull-Out Pantry 

Installation Instructions 

for 400MM and 450mm width cupboards 

Step Four – Fix Frame to Cabinet Door 

 

Fix each T-Bar (A) to Door with 6 x ST4*14 Pan Head Screws.  Position T-

Bars as per diagram 

Fix 2 x M6*15 Hex Bolts onto Top T-Bar and Bottom T-Bar as per diagram 

Slide T-Bars (A) into frame until the Hex Bolt heads are visible and 

aligned with the side holes of Frame 

Fix a M6*15 Hex Bolt (B) through the middle side hole of Frame for the 

Top and Bottom T-Bar (you may need a friend to hold the door steady) 

In the next step you can adjust the door position to align with cabinet 

Fix T-Bars to Door

Insert T-Bars into Frame 

Screw 2 x  

M6*15 into  

left and  
right holes  

of each  
T-Bar 

Insert T-Bars 

 into Frame and 

then screw  
1 x M6*15 (B) 

into middle 
hole of Top and 

Bottom Frame 

into each T-Bar 

The T-Bars should 

have  2 x M6*15 bolts 

affixed before 
inserting in the Frame. 

These are used in a 
later step to align the 

Door 

Once completed, 

the left and right 

bolt heads are 
inside the Frame.  

The middle bolt 
head is outside 

the Frame
