Conjunctivitis; High Blood Pressure, Hypertension, recent Stroke or Transient Ischemic
Attack; heart or Circulatory Disorders for which you are being treated; Spinal Injury;
Cerebral Sclerosis; Acutely Swollen Joints; Bone Weakness ( Osteoporosis ), recent
unhealed fractures, medulary pins and surgically implanted orthopedic supports; the
use of anticoagulants, including high doses of aspirin; Middle Ear Infections’ Extreme
Obesity.

INSURE THAT BUNGEE CORDS ARE COMPLETELY SECURE
BEFORE USING THIS PRODUCT. Do not use bungees if they are
visibly frayed. Replace as needed.
USAGE GUIDELINES
STEP 1:
Place the equipment on a flat floor, put one foot onto one
pedal and pedal it down to its bottom position.
STEP 2:
Keep balance and place your other foot onto the other
pedal of the mini stepper, as the first step.
STEP 3:
Step slowly at the beginning and gradually increasing
speed. Additionally you can attach two Bungee Ropes to Left/Right
pedal arm and exercise your upper body as well.
