INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE, BLENDER PITCHER (4)
Check that the speed control is in position 0 before attaching the pitcher.
BLENDING FRUIT AND VEGETABLES
• Place the motor unit (7) on a flat surface.
• Peel and/or core the fruit (e.g. apple, banana or pear) or vegetables and
chop into small cubes. Put the diced fruit/vegetables into the pitcher (4). You
may need to add a little drinking water to help the unit operate smoothly and
evenly. Use 2 parts fruit/vegetables to 3 parts water. The total amount of liquid
must not exceed the maximum level indicated on the pitcher.
• Place the pitcher (4) on the motor unit (7) and put the lid on.
• Turn the speed control (8) to position 0 when the contents reach the desired
consistency.
• Remove the pitcher from the motor unit (7), carefully remove the lid and serve.
Note! Do not operate the unit if it is empty or has hot liquids in it (max. temper-
ature 60 °C). The pitcher can be used to crush ice. Do not crush more than 8 ice
cubes (20 x 20 x 20 mm) at a time.
ADDING INGREDIENTS
• If you want to add ingredients during blending, switch off the unit and lift off
the cap (1) in the centre of the pitcher lid (2). Refit the cap before restarting
the unit.
NOTE!
• Put the ingredients in the beaker in the following order: liquid, fresh
ingredients, frozen fruit, yoghurt and ice cream.
• Do not operate the unit for more than 3 minutes without interruption
(let it cool to room temperature before starting it again).
• Wash the beaker after finishing the blended drink.
