Pairing Troubleshooting
:
Using as mono earphones
Press and hold the multifunction keys for 5s or wait 15s until the red and blue LED
lights flashes alternatively:
Enable the Bluetooth function in your device and make sure it is in searching
mode. Find and click “F9”
Notice (L) side earphone cannot connect to (R) side earphone and mobile device
at the same time; If facing an issue with pairing, turn off both earbuds. Then tap
and hold buttons at the same time for 10 seconds. When you see blue color LED
on, red and blue LED flash, red LED on, LED turn off, then two earbuds re-paired
successfully. Find the “F9” on devices, delete it and search “F9” click and then
connected successfully.
FAQ
1.
Cannot turn on/off earphone automatically
A: Because of the low battery power, please charge both earbuds
2.
No volume after pairing
A: Because of incorrect pairing, please re-pair the earphones
3.
Calling function is working but red LED is always on
A: Because of low battery power, please charge earphones
4.
Earphone as echo
A: Because if volume too high or noise interference, please adjust volume
or transfer to a quieter environment
5.
Has noise during phone calls
A: Because of noisy environment or earphone is very far from the device,
please move to a quitter environment or move closer to the device
6.
Sound too low
A: Because earphone not worn properly. Please adjust earphone until
sound is clear or audible
