Step 5.
Screw the Plastic Stoppers (I) onto the long wing bolts that are on the U-Frames. The bolt and wing nut
may need to be adjusted so that there is room to install the stopper. If the bolt is difficult to adjust, it may help
to apply some WD-40.
(Step 4 cont.) B. The bottom sections of each Main Rack Frame fit together and secure with a Clip Pin.
C. After the sections are in place, tighten the wing nuts on the Frame Support Bars.

Installation
Set the bike rack in the pickup truck
bed and adjust the wing bolts to se-
curely fit the width of the bed, holding
the bike rack in place. Make sure the
wing nuts are tightened against the
frame bar.
Adjust the V-brackets on the Main
Rack Frame to support the top of the
bike tire. The V-brackets can be loos-
ened or tightened with the wing nut.
*It is highly recommended to use
tie-down straps (sold separately)
with this product to further secure the
bikes.
