POWDER COLLECTOR AND COATER CONTROLS
COLLECTOR START
Pushbutton
Turns the Powder Collector "ON".
COLLECTOR STOP
Pushbutton
Turns the Powder Collector "OFF".
AUTO PULSER
ON/OFF Selector Switch
Activates Powder Collector Filter pulser
(shakedown) sequence.
When the Auto Pulser is left on "ON"
during processing, the filter cartridges are
continuously cleaned by a back pulse of air
as controlled by the pulse timer.
When the Auto Pulser is "OFF" during
processing there is no filter cleaning being
done. Operator must remember to turn the
Auto Pulser Selector Switch to "ON" and
let the filters be pulsed clean for a few
minutes before turning the System "OFF".
COATER BED
ON/OFF Selector Switch
Turns the Coater Bed "ON". Enables
Fluidizing Air and High Voltage to the
Coating Bed.
COATER TIMER SWITCH
ON/OFF Selector Switch
Turns the Coater Cycle Timer "ON" or
"OFF". When "OFF", the Coating Bed
will operate for as long as the Coater
Footswitch is pressed and held.
When "ON", the Coating Bed will operate
for as long as the time setting on the Coater
Timer.
COATER TIMER
Electronic Timer
The 0-60 Second Timer allows the Coating
Bed to operate for the time set on the
digital display when the Footswitch is
pressed. When the time elapses, air and
High Voltage are shut off and the Coating
Bed ceases operation. Cycle automatically
resets and the Footswitch must be pressed
again to repeat the coating cycle.
NOTE
: Timer ON/OFF Switch must be
"ON" for this Timing Cycle to be enabled
to operate.
