Check whether the router
is ON and if other connec‐
ted devices are working. If
the router was OFF, turn it
ON, wait for a few minutes
and check again.
The router needs a restart. Restart the router by un‐
plugging and plugging it.

Your connected appliance
needs a Wi-Fi reset.
Reset the Wi-Fi connection
by pressing and holding for
10 seconds Control Pan‐
el's Freezer compartment
control and Mode buttons.

Your appliance is out of
range from the router.
Make sure your appliance
is within 10 metres range
from your router and with
not too many walls in be‐

Connect your appliance to
the 2,4 GHz band on your
WiFi router when onboard‐
ing instead of the 5 GHz
band. This will give a stron‐
ger and longer range sig‐
nal.
If the advice does not lead to
the desired result, call the
nearest Authorized Service
Centre.

Replacing the lamp
The appliance is equipped with a longlife
LED interior light.
Only service is allowed to replace the
lighting device. Contact your Authorised
Service Centre.

Clean the door gaskets.
