Heating function

Application

True Fan Cooking

To bake maximum on three shelf positions
at the same time. When you use this func-
tion, decrease the oven temperature by 20 -
40 °C from the standard temperatures you
use for Conventional Cooking .

Pizza Setting

To bake food on one oven level for a more
intensive browning and a crispy bottom.
When you use this function, decrease the
oven temperature by 20 - 40 °C from the
standard temperatures you use for Conven-
tional Cooking . 

Conventional Cooking

To bake and roast on one shelf position.

Slow Cook

To prepare very lean and tender roasted
food.

Bottom Heat

To bake cakes with crispy bottoms.

Eco Roasting

The ECO functions let you optimize the en-
ergy consumption during cooking. It is nec-
essary to set the cooking time first. To get
more information about the recommended
settings, refer to the cooking tables with the
equivalent heating function. 

Frozen Foods

To make your convenience food like e.g.
French Fries, Wedges, spring rolls crispy.

Grilling

To grill flat food items in the middle of the
grill. To toast bread.

Fast Grilling

To grill flat food items in large quantities. To
toast bread.

Turbo Grilling

To roast larger meat joints or poultry with
bones on one shelf position. Also to grati-
nate and to brown.
