The dual circuit grill may be used on the economy setting
when grilling smaller items as it only uses part of the grill.
Slow cook
Uses a low temperature to gently cook food. Ideal for
casseroles and joints.
Temperature probe
The temperature probe allows you to measure whether the
joint is ready without even opening the oven door. It takes
the guess work out of meat cooking and is ideal for Beef
Wellington. Whilst this is a method of cooking for most
people, you’ll soon be so used to a perfectly cooked joint,
you’ll wonder how you ever managed without it.
Keep Warm
A great, unique feature which is aligned to today’s busy
lifestyles - this function keeps food warm in the same way
a hostess trolley would - maintaining the temperature at 80
degrees to prevent drying or condensation build up.
Heat + Hold
Heat + Hold is selected before you start cooking and
automatically switches to a set 30 minute ‘keep warm’
function at the end of cooking. This function is used in
conjunction with the timer. Ideal for guests who may
be running late.
Energy Efficiency
All single ovens are ‘A’ rated for the very

Pyrolytic Cleaning - ovens that clean themselves
It’s the only cleaning function that cleans
all of the oven - top, sides, door, light and
oven base - plus it’s efficient, and
extremely safe to use with the oven being designed around
the pyrolytic function - rather than the other way round.
• Pyrolytic ovens remove the need for you to spend your
time cleaning your oven by hand
• It is more friendly to the environment as you do not
need to use cleaning products on your oven.
Catalytic liners - to help your oven stay clean
A special Catalytic coating is used on many of the ovens
which absorbs any splashes during cooking to help keep the
oven cleaner. When the oven is set to its highest temperature
the special coating then helps clean off the splashes.
Easy to clean enamel
With a durable high gloss enamel interior making it easier
to wipe away grease and spillage immediately after cooking.
The construction of the door in single ovens allows you to
remove the door and the glass for very easy cleaning.
Smell filter
The smell control system is ideal for today’s modern open
plan living. It’s selectable, minimizes unpleasant smells and
is maintenance free as it cleans itself.
Interactive/menu guided display
With interactive control the oven can guide you through
your cooking process. It makes programme selection
simple. Also it has built-in recipes to make life even easier.
If you want to leave the cooking to someone else you can
even programme your favourite dish in to the oven and
all the timings will be held. This feature also tells you when
to clean your oven.
Safety for you and your family
The inner and outer panes of glass in our oven doors are
heat reflective, and depending upon the model chosen,
two, three or four panes of glass are used in total to ensure
the outer door temperature is cooler. This reduces the risk
of injury, giving you peace of mind, as well as making the
oven more economical to use. Thoughtful features like
auto-stop, anti-tip shelves ensure your oven is safer to
use. Many models include a grill guard to prevent you
accidentally touching the grill element.

Ultrafan

An Ultrafan
®
oven makes use of a fan to gently circulate the
heat evenly around the oven. The fan is at the back of the
oven surrounded by a heating element. This clever design
gives faster heat up times, shorter cooking times at lower
temperatures and an even cooking temperature throughout
the oven. As well as being ideal for batch baking, or
cooking on more than one shelf, it ensures there is no
transfer of flavours, so sweet and savoury dishes can be
cooked together.
Multi-Function
Allows you to choose fan cooking, conventional cooking
and grilling, as well as combining other oven functions such
as the pizza setting. They’re all combined in one oven to
make your life easier.
Conventional Cooking
This method of cooking is perfect for your favourite recipes
to be cooked in the traditional way, using top and bottom
heating elements. This makes it particularly good for
cooking pastry, cakes or for one shelf cooking.
Turbo grilling
This gives an authentic spit roast effect without needing to
baste or turn the joint. It combines the grill and the fan to
give a crisp but tender result.
Top heat
