If the oven bulb needs replacing, it must
comply with the following specifications:
electric power, 15 W /25 W; electric rate, 230
V (50 Hz); resistant to temperatures of 300
°
C; connection type: E 14. These bulbs are
available from your local Service Force Cen-
tre.
To replace the faulty bulb:
1. Ensure the oven is disconnected from the
electrical supply.
2. Turn the glass cover anticlockwise.
3. Remove the faulty bulb and replace it with
the new one.
4. Refit the glass cover.
5. Reconnect to the electrical supply.

If the appliance is not working correctly, please carry out the following checks, before con-
tacting your local Service Centre.
Symptoms Solutions
Dark stains occur • if the use of a scraper and a ceramic hob clean-
er proves unsuccessful, your hob surface may
have been damaged by using unsuitable clean-
ing agents, or by pan bases with a scouring ef-
fect. This will not impair the efficiency of your
ceramic hob
Metallic discolourations appear on the cooking
zone • pots and pans with unsuitable bottoms, or un-
suitable cleaning the cooking zone agents have
been used. The discolourations can only be re-
moved with considerable effort, using a ceramic
glass cleaner
The surface shows scratches • these may be caused by scraping or melted on
objects and cannot be removed. This will not
impair the efficiency of your ceramic hob
