button to DECREASE numbers or to
toggle through settings.

button to INCREASE numbers or to
toggle through the different settings.
3.
Press the button after each setting to confirm your
selection and move on to the next setting.
SETTING ALARM 1 & ALARM 2
To set ALARM 1, press the button once to view current alarm setting then press and hold the
button and alarm time will flash. The settings below will appear in the following order:
