Troubleshooting
AC won’t connect to network / App – The AC has lost connection to the network.
Reset the AC unit and reconnect using the above process from the beginning.
How to reset AC Unit – Set temperature on remote to 25 then press FAN SPEED –
SWING – AIR FLOW – then set temperature to 27 and press FAN SPEED – SWING –
AIR FLOW. If this sequence is done within 10 seconds the unit will reset.
