Limitations and Exclusions

The foregoing warranty shall not apply to products subjected to negligence, accidents, improper operation, main-

tenance or storage, commercial, institutional, or service use other than normal application, or to products dam-

aged by reason of repairs or modifications made to any product without the specific written consent of UltraLite

Vehicles or products damaged by circumstances beyond UltraLite Vehicles control.

The foregoing warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other express warranties, implied warranties, if any, including

but not limited to the implied warranties of merchant ability and fitness for a particular purpose. The warranty shall

not extend beyond the duration of the express warranty provided herein. UltraLite Vehicles shall not be liable for

any consequential or incidental damages whatsoever.
