our expense within the limits of the warranty.
This warranty does not apply to any instrument
which has been tampered with or altered
in any way, or which has the serial number
altered, effaced or removed, or to which any
unauthorized repairs have been made. Only
the manufacturer is authorized to fulfill warranty
obligations.
Parts and labor covered by this warranty will be
provided without charge. Other services will be
at owner’s expense.
Defective parts will be replaced with new or
rebuilt equivalent for the warranty period.
Any replacement parts are warranted for the
remaining portion of the original warranty period.
This warranty does not include a promise of
specific hearing improvement.
In-the-Ear instrument coverage includes:
1. Remake due to fit problems
2. Response changes to the originally selected
circuit
3. Repairs due to component failure

includes:
