Problem Possible Cause Solution
The device doesn’t
work or shuts down

1. Unplug the device and make sure the
water tank cover is securely tightened
and the water level in the tank is not too
high.

instructions to refill the water.

The machine is brand new.
Remove the humidifier from the
packaging and let it sit in a well-ventilated
area for 12 hours.
The water in the tank is dirty. Empty the tank and pour in clean water.

on an uneven surface.
Operate the device on a sturdy,level

Soak the mist nozzle in water for a few
minutes. After 30 minutes it will return to
normal operation.
Cleaning and Maintenance Troubleshooting
Warning : Before maintenance and cleaning, be sure to unplug in the unit.

Cleaning of water tank (once every 2-3 weeks)
Lift up the water tank from the base and unscrew the water
tank valve. Wipe off the scale on if and rinse off with water. If
there is scale in the base, wipe the base with soft cloth, and
rinse off with water. Please clean the scale near the Floater.

Cleaning of base (once a week)
Warning: Please pour the water out according to arrow
mark. Otherwise, the water will flow into the internal and
damager the unit.

Cleaning of atomizing plate
Add 5 drops of dish soap on the surface of atomizing plate, soak it with water for 5 minutes, clean
by brush and rinse off with water.

Extemal cleaning of humidifier
Rinse the soft cloth in warm water of below 40℃ , wipe of surface stain.
●
Humidifier collection:
when the humidifier will be stored for a long period,clean it and dry it, put in the original box and
store it in a dry place.
Precautions when cleaning:
●
Do not use hard tools to touch the atomizer,only a cotton swab or brush can be used to clean it;
●
Do not wipe the product with chemical solvents,gasoline, kerosene and polishing powder;
●
When cleaning, avoid water come into the machine body to protect internal electrical parts from
being wet and malfunctioning;
