Watch the continuous operation time. Extended operation time and the lack of breaks can cause irreversible
damage to the motor and the loss of warranty.
When the appliance shuts down while working, unplug it and wait till the attachment stops to whirl and
then clean it.
If the appliance slows while mixing or beating, stop the work and, if possible, liquefy the ingredients.
Do not fill the bowl over the 2/3 of its capacity in order to avoid splattering of ingredients.
NOTICE
OPERATION
- before starting the appliance make sure all the elements have been attached properly
plug the appliance to power supply
- the mixer starts its operation after choosing the speed with the switch (3) . It is possible to obtain six different
speeds by sliding the switch (3) .
To avoid splattering, tune the speed to the consistence of ingredients. For mixing dough it is advisable to start
with the speed “ 1 " and gradually increase it to “ 3 ".
For beating egg whites or cream it is recommended to use higher speeds, from 4 to 6 .
For pulse mode (kneading within short intervals of time at high speed), turn and press the switch (1) into “ P ".
It automatically returns to “ 0 " after releasing the switch.
Notice
The mixer has the function of “slow start" and gains the desired speed after a few seconds.
After finishing the work:
- set the switch (3) to “ 0 ", unplug the appliance and wait till the attachment stops to whirl.
- raise the mixer head (1) by pushing the lever down (2)
Be careful while raising the mixer head. It is recommended to hold it on the top to avoid sudden opening.
- take the attachment out by unscrewing the shaft (10) and turning it anticlockwise, then pull it out.
- unlock the bowl (7) by turning it clockwise and take it from the base (4)
CARE AND CLEANING
Before cleaning, unplug the appliance.
The head (1) and the base (4) can neither be immersed in water nor washed in dishwashers.
Clean it with a damp cloth.
Other elements may be washed in warm water with dishwashing liquid.
Do not clean with sharp, abrasive cloths or sponges as it may cause damage to the appliance.
