Watch the continuous operation time. Extended operation time and the lack of breaks can cause irreversible
damage to the motor and the loss of warranty.
When the appliance shuts down while working, unplug it and wait till the attachment stops to whirl and
then clean it.
If the appliance slows while mixing or beating, stop the work and, if possible, liquefy the ingredients.
Do not fill the bowl over the 2/3 of its capacity in order to avoid splattering of ingredients.

After finishing the work:

Be careful while raising the mixer head. It is recommended to hold it on the top to avoid sudden opening.
- take the attachment out by unscrewing the shaft

and turning it anticlockwise, then pull it out.

CARE AND CLEANING
Before cleaning, unplug the appliance.
The head

Clean it with a damp cloth.
