OPERATION OVERVIEW
Before using the appliance for the first time, wash and dry all elements carefully, except for the body (see:
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
).
the big container

is only an auxiliary vessel whose shape prevents splashing, e.g. when beating eggs.
the foam tip (5) is designed only for beating eggs. using the whisk for other products will cause damage
to the appliance.
Do not use the appliance for crushing ice, bones and other hard products, or for grinding nuts,
coffee and dried leguminous plants.
If the appliance jams, unplug it before cleaning. the grinder knife

are very sharp. they
can be touched only when the appliance is unplugged and when the knives have stopped revolving. the
knives are wear parts, subject to normal wear and tear, and they are not covered by the guarantee.
the time of continuous operation of the appliance must be observed. Exceeding the operation time
and lack of sufficient breaks in the operation of the appliance may lead to irreversible damage to the
engine and to forfeiture of guarantee.
the accessories and containers may not be used for preparing hot dishes.
If the appliance slows down during mixing or beating, switch it off and, if possible, dilute the mixed
