PURPOSE
Dispenser DO10 is designed for precise and clean spraying of vinegar
and oil/ olive oil.
It is equipped with 2 separate containers with a capacity of 100 ml each.
Ideal for preparation of salads, roasts, greasing pans and baking tins.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Turn the ring (

) counter-clockwise and remove it.
- Clean the container with warm water and the dishwashing liquid.
- Fill the container to 1/3 capacity with warm water and a small amount of the dishwashing
liquid. Install the ring (

). Press the lever (

) until all the liquid is pumped.
- Turn the ring (
7
) counter-clockwise and remove it.
- Fill the container with clean, warm water and pump it in order to rinse the dishwashing
liquid from the device.
NOTE! No part of the product is suitable for washing in the dishwasher
.
Clean the device before the first use
(see section: Cleaning and maintenance).
Refilling the containers
To fill the containers (

), turn the ring (

) counter-clockwise and remove it. Refill the
containers (
5/10
) as indicated. Then, place the tube with a white filter (

) in the container
for olive oil (
10 - OIL
), and the tube with a black filter (

) in the container for vinegar (
5 -
VINEGAR
). Turn the ring (
7
) as indicated in Fig. 1.
Dosage
Set the arrow on the head (
1
) in a selected position in the range from 100% oil/ olive oil
(
OIL
) to 100% vinegar (
VINEGAR
).
When the arrow on the dosage scale indicates 50/50, oil/olive oil and vinegar are dosed
in equal amounts. When the arrow on the container for oil/ olive oil indicates100%, only oil/
olive oil is dosed, and when the arrow on the container for vinegar indicates 100%, only
vinegar is dosed.
In order to spray some liquids, press the lever (
3
) to obtain the appropriate dose.
The best result is obtained by using thin oil/ olive oil at room temperature. Thick and/or cold
oil/ olive oil may not be properly sprayed.
Do not use liquids with spices, because they can block the sprayer.
