BATTERY REPLACEMENT:
• Open the battery case cover at the bottom of scale.
• Take out the used battery
• Install new baterry by putting one side of the battery bebeath the battery baffle and then
pressing down the other side. Used batteries should be thrown away the containers specially
designed for this purpose.
OPERATION
• Guide the strap (8) through the luggage holder (9) .
• Carefully attach the hook (7) to the catch (6) .
• Before lifting luggage turn the scale on by pressing (2) .
• Wait until the display shows “ 0.00 ”, and pick up the scale with luggage.
• Keep the scale well-balanced and in a horizontal position. Wait for the measurement result to settle –
the display will first blink three times and then show “ H ”.
• The measurement result will be displayed for approx. 1 minute. The scale will switch off automatically
afterwards.
• To make a new measurement without turning the scale off reset the display by pressing (2) .
• If idle, the device will automatically turn off after 1 minute.
• To turn off the scale press (2) and hold for 3 seconds.
“ZERO” AND “TARE” FUNCTIONS
“ZERO”
If the total weight of the weighed items is less than 2 kg, after pressing (2) the display will show “ 0.00 ” –
this means that the maximum weight remains unchanged.
“TARE”
If the total weight of the weighted items is greater than 2 kg, after pressing (2) the will show “ 0.00 ”
and “ T ”, which indicates that the maximum weight is now reduced by the total weight of the previously
weighted items. After pressing (2) the display will show the total weight of the items. Press (2) once again
to reset the result.
TOGGLING BETWEEN MEASUREMENT UNIT S
To toggle between kg and lb turn the scale off, and press and hold (2) until the display shows “0.00” and
the weighing unit starts to blink. Pressing (2) again to change the measurement unit. After selecting the
desired unit wait for the display to stop blinking.
