Mini receiver RCL07, operating instructions

Intended Use

The unit may only be operated with safety extra

low voltage (SELV) and may only be used as a ra-

dio control for switching devices with safety extra

low voltage (SELV).
The manufacturer shall not be liable for any dam-

age caused by improper or non-intended use.

Safety Advice

Before using the device, carefully read

through the operating instructions!

Function

The RCL07 Easywave Mini-Receiver can be op-

erated in a voltage range of 12-24 V DC.

A total of 32 different Easywave radio transmis

-

sion codes can be memorized.

Operating modes

Via jumper J1 you can set the operating modes.

DEAD MAN

(1-button operation)

The relay is triggered as long as the correspond-

ing transmitter button is pressed (max. 36 sec).

ON/OFF

(2-button operation)

The relay can be switched ON or OFF targeted.

The transmitter button A or C switch ON, the

transmitter button B or D switch OFF.

IMPULSE

(1-button operation)

If a transmitter button is pressed, the correspond-

ing relay is triggered for 1 second.

Start-Up

1.  Remove the housing cover.
2.  Select the desired operating mode with jum-

per J1. The factory setting is the IMPULSE.

3.  Connect the supply voltage and the safety

extra low voltage devices to be switched as

4.  Re-install the housing cover.
5.  Transfer the codes of the transmitters to

the receiver (see section “Programming the

transmission codes“).

  The receiver cannot receive EasywePlus

telegrams, i.e. the receiver cannot be pro-

grammed with the learn button PTx of the

Easywave radio transmitter.

Caution:

Make sure there is no interference with

the wireless connection. Do not mount the device

in a distribution box, in  metal casings, in direct

proximity  to  large  metal  objects,  on  the  floor  or

close to it.

Programming the transmission codes

In the “Programming the transmission codes”

mode you can transfer the codes of your trans-

mitter buttons to the receiver.
The selected operating mode is adopted as a re-

sult of the memorizing process and applies to the

transmission code currently memorized.

1.  Briefly  (<  1.6  sec)  press  the  programming

button TA1 for channel 1 or TA2 for channel

2. The receiver is for approx. 30 sec in the

learning mode, the corresponding channel

LED flashes.

2.

DEAD MAN

and

 PULSE

:

Press and hold a

transmitter button.

ON/OFF

: Press and hold the transmitter but-

ton A or C. The code of the corresponding

transmitter button (B/D) will be assigned au-

tomatically.

If the code has been memorized, the LED

lights up and the receiver is going in the oper-

ating mode. Release the transmitter button.

3.  Repeat step 1 and step 2 to learn in other

transmitters.

Notice:

In order to change the operating mode,

first  delete  the  transmission  code  then,  using  a

jumper to select the new operating mode and

subsequently transfer the transmission code.

If the LED flashes rapidly for approx. 4 sec, all 32

memory locations are occupied.

Deleting specific transmission codes

1.  Press and hold the programming button TA1

for channel 1 or TA2 for channel 2 more than

1.6 sec. The LED TA1 or TA2 flashes rapidly.

The receiver is for approx. 30 sec in the erase

mode.

2.  Press the selected transmitter button. When

the code has been deleted, the LED lights up

and  the receiver enters the operating mode.
In the ON/OFF mode, the code of the corre-

sponding button is also deleted.

Deleting all transmission codes (Reset)

1.  Keep the programming button TA1 or TA2

pressed for more than 1.6 sec. The LED

flashes  rapidly.  The  receiver  is  for  approx.

30 sec in the erase mode.

2.  Press the same programming button again

and keep it pressed for more than 1.6 sec.

If the memory has been deleted completely,

the LED lights up and  the receiver enters the

operating mode.

Notice:

Canceling the learning operation and all

delete operations are possible by pressing the

button TA1 or TA2 briefly or you can wait approx.

30 sec, until the receiver is switched to the oper-

ating mode.
