Operating Modes:

The ELED Par RGB Zoom has eights modes of operation with zoom con-
trol

:

•  Static Mode - Choose one of seven colors to remain static.

•  Three Color Change mode - In this mode the unit will scroll through  
  RGB colors. The speed of the scroll is adjustable.
•  Seven Color Change mode - In this mode the unit will scroll through  
  the seven available colors. The speed of the scroll is adjustable.

•  Three Color Fade mode - In this mode the unit will fade through RGB  

  colors. The speed of the fade is adjustable.

•  Seven Color Fade mode - In this mode the unit will fade through        

  the seven available colors. The speed of the fade is adjustable.

•  Auto Mode - In this mode the scroll mode and fade mode will both  

  run.  

•  Sound-Active mode - 

The unit will react to sound, chasing through the

  available colors.

•  DMX control mode - This function will allow you to control 

each

  individual fixtures traits with a standard DMX 512 

controller such as

  as the Elation® Show Designer™.

Zoom Adjustment:

With this feature you can adjust the wash output. The output is adjust-

able between 10˚ - 60˚. 
1.   Plug the fixture in and press the MODE button for at least 3 seconds,  
    until “O.T.r.” is displayed.
2.   After “O.T.r.” the unit will display any set of numbers between 000- 
    190. Press the UP or DOWN buttons to adjust the wash output 
    (zoom).
3.   To exit this setting, press the MODE button for at least 3 seconds.

Master-Slave Operation:

 

This  function  will  allows  you  to  link  units  together  to  run 

in  a  Master-

Slave mode. 

In Master-Slave operation one unit will act as the controlling

 

unit  and  the  others  will  react  to  the  controlling  units  built-in  programs. 

Any unit can act as a Master or as a Slave

 however, only one unit can be 

programmed to act as the “Master.” 

Master-Slave Connections and Settings:

1.   Daisy chain your units via the XLR connector on the 

rear of the unit.  

   

Use standard XLR microphone cables to link your units together.

Remember that the Male XLR connector is the input and the Female 

 

   

XLR connector is the ouput. The first unit in the chain (master) will 

 

   

use the female XLR connector only. The last unit in the chain will use 

 

   

the male XLR connector only.

 

2.   Set the “Master” unit to your desired operating mode.  
3.   For the “Slave” unit(s), press the UP or DOWN buttons until “S.L.A.”  

    is displayed.

4.   Connect the “Slave” unit or units and they will automatically start to 
     follow the “Master.”

Auto Mode:

1.   Plug the fixture in and press the MODE button until “A.--” is dis-

    played. 
2.   The unit will now run its auto program. 

Sound Active Mode:

1.   Plug the fixture in and press the MODE button until “S.XX” is dis-  

    played. 

2.   Use the UP or DOWN buttons to adjust the sound sensitivity. “00”  
    being the least sensitive, “31” the most sensitive.
3.   The fixture will now change via sound.

Static Mode:

1.   Plug the fixture in and press the MODE button until “C.L.X” is dis-

    played. 
2.   There are 7 color to choose from. Select your desired color by    
    pressing the UP and DOWN buttons. 

Three Color Change Mode: Note:

1.   Plug the fixture in and press the MODE button until “JXX” is dis-

    played.
2.   Use the UP or DOWN buttons to adjust the scroll speed.

Seven Color Change Mode: Note:

1.   Plug the fixture in and press the MODE button until “J.XX” is dis-

    played.
2.   Use the UP or DOWN buttons to adjust the scroll speed.

Three Color Fade Mode: Note:

1.   Plug the fixture in and press the MODE button until “FXX” is dis-

    played.
