red illuminated push-button
S2/H2 illuminates and the actual values
for output current and output voltage are indicated or can be retrieved via
the interface.
For information on the selection of the other settings (AC/DC switching,
trigger mode, measurement type, voltage set-point definition, etc.), as well
as error messages: see chapter 5 and 10.
3.12.2 STATES IS (only DC-Devices)
Note: Define the value for the IS test voltage as well as the start/stop
voltages and ramp speeds as necessary using the touchscreen display
or interface (remote mode).
Define the value for the measurement range, the Rmin/ Rmax limit, as
well as any other parameters as necessary using the touchscreen display
or interface (remote mode).
Attention - High Voltage - Danger For Life: the IS test is undertaken
using DC high voltage.
IN THE „HV ON“ STATE THE HIGH VOLTAGE IS APPLIED.
The states are the same as for the high voltage test, see further for-
ward in this document.
